On the afternoon of Tuesday, 3rd March, 2026, to bring structure to GluwdeGamer, the GluwdeGamer Management has introduced 3 new teams which have existed in a way that wasn't official until now. These 3 new teams are "the Editorial Team", "the Legal Team", and "the Safety and Security Team". The Management has announced the lead of these teams will be called as the "President". The Management has also announced that currently they will be using the official GluwdeGamer email address for all these teams, and would move on to individual addresses once decided. The Management has said that it "will bring more teams in the near future to bring structure and keep the GluwdeGamer, its team, and its Management organised". Information on these teams have been given below.

The Editorial Team

The Editorial Team is responsible for publishing news articles about all current developments and news of GluwdeGamer, along with the official announcements that have to be made public by the Management. Currently, the "GluwdeGamer News Hub" is headed by the Editorial Team. There is currently no President at the moment and the Editorial Team is headed directly by the Owner. The Legal Team

The Legal Team is responsible for ensuring that GluwdeGamer, the Management, its Projects, and all team members comply with and abide by the international and local rules, laws, and regulations. It is responsible for issuing copyright notices, agreements, Code of Conduct, licenses and other legal documents on behalf of the Management. It is responsible for handling disputes, copyright strikes and other related legal issues, and is responsible for the detection of any possible legal problems. There is currently no President at the moment and the Legal Team is headed directly by the Owner. The logo for the Legal Team is inserted above.

The Safety and Security Team

The Safety and Security Team is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of GluwdeGamer, the Management, its Projects, and all team members. It is responsible for protecting GluwdeGamer and other associates from being abused online and is responsible for the protection of all confidential information, ensuring security of GluwdeGamer. It supervises the security measures taken on all projects and making sure all projects are protected from hacking and other related incidents. It is responsible for issuing notices, approving leaves, and allowing vacation leaves for the team members to ensure happiness and safety.
