What is a project?
A Project is any brand, channel, or project created by the Management — the crucial pillar of content creation and community engagement. Project is considered as the execution of creative work and the actual doer. It is an important part of GluwdeGamer. Every Project is headed by a Project Head and is optionally assisted by a Project Co-Head. Projects devoid of a Project Head is headed by the Project Co-Head. Projects devoid of both are left standby and an "appointment discussion" is held by the Leadership to fulfill the post as soon as possible or to "pause" the Project if failed, after a month of no Project Head. As of now, GluwdeGamer holds 6 diverse Projects/Brands.

The Leadership comprises of the Management and the GluwdeGamer High Offices Group.
What Does the Management comprise of?
The Management comprises of the Managing Director, Directors of various fields, Team Presidents, Committee Leads, and Project Heads. As of now, GluwdeGamer has the following Director posts: Creative Director, Production Director, Brand Director, Art Director. Creative Director: Shapes and oversees the artistic vision of projects and GluwdeGamer. Leads creativity. Answerable to the Managing Director. Production Director: Usually the President of the Opsame (Operations, Sales, and Marketing) Team. Oversees all production activities. Answerable to the Managing Director. Jake Vossmere is currently the Production Director. Brand Director: Shapes the look, feel, and appearance of GluwdeGamer. Answerable to the Creative Director and Managing Director. Adam Jensins Kade is currently the Brand Director. Art Director: Responsible for all visual elements; leads content creators and designers. Answerable to the Creative Director and Managing Director.

The GluwdeGamer High Offices Group is a group of highest authority, which comprises of the following posts: Owner, Founder, and Managing Director of GluwdeGamer. The Management is collectively answerable to the GluwdeGamer High Offices Group. Founder: Founded and formed the foundation of GluwdeGamer. The most supreme authority. Owner: The first owner of the persona. Often the final and ultimate authority in the Management. Managing Director: Responsible for all activities within GluwdeGamer; oversees working & development. Head of the Management. Answerable to the Owner & Founder. Adam Jensins Kade is the Owner & Founder of GluwdeGamer. Rose Kates is the Managing Director of GluwdeGamer.

Adam Jensins Kade is the Founder, Owner and Brand Director of GluwdeGamer, Head of Projects for YXCalliope, YXClandestine, ItzCitanet and CinnabarMC, Committee Lead of the Reforms Committee, and President of the Events, Safety & Security, and Legal Teams. He leads and supports various parts of GG while helping shape its identity, projects and creative direction.

What is a Team?
A Team in GluwdeGamer is division/department in the corporate sense which is responsible for taking responsibility of one daily administrative function of GluwdeGamer. In simple terms, Teams are responsible for the functioning of daily administrative duties of GluwdeGamer. Every Team is headed by a Team President. Teams devoid of a Team President are headed directly by the Managing Director. As of now, there are 9 Teams.
What is a Committee?
A Committee in GluwdeGamer is a group of members responsible for performing a special task or duty assigned by the Management apart from usual administrative duties. A Committee may be Temporary or Permanent. A Temporary Committee is dissolved after the Management determines the purpose and duty of the Committee is fulfilled or completed. Every Committee is headed by a Committee Lead. Its members are called Committee Members. Committees devoid of a Committee Lead are headed directly by the Managing Director. As of now, there is 1 Committee.
The editorial team
The Editorial Team is responsible for administrating news, updates, announcements & other public written information of GluwdeGamer. The News Hub, the RSS Feed, and other written info of GluwdeGamer are under the Editorial Team. Currently the Editorial Team is directly under the leadership of the Managing Director.
The legal team
The Legal Team is responsible for administrating legal compliance & other legal paperwork of GluwdeGamer. It is also responsible for looking into legal disputes, legal matters and issue legal orders and announcements accordingly. The Legal Team is headed by Team President Adam Jensins Kade. Do note that Legal Team does not comprise of lawyers.
The Safety & Security Team
The Editorial Team is responsible for administrating the safety and security of GluwdeGamer. It is responsible for ensuring the safety of its members, the security of GluwdeGamer and its associated materials and divisions, and moderating the GluwdeGamer community. Safety & Security Team is headed by Team President Adam Jensins Kade.
The opsame Team
"Opsame" stands for "Operations, Sales, Marketing". The Opsame Team is responsible for the day-to-day operations, sales [Applicable When Profit Made], and marketing [Promotion] of GluwdeGamer. The Team is responsible for administering operations of GluwdeGamer, conduct promotions, and record sales. The Opsame Team is headed by Team President and Production Director Jake Vossmere.
The Human resources team
The Human Resources Team is responsible for administrating the team members & team strength of GluwdeGamer. The Team is responsible for recruiting members, maintaining conduct of the members, administering member-related affairs and ensuring GluwdeGamer has sufficient members. Currently the Human Resources Team is under the Managing Director.
The finance Team
The Finance Team is responsible administrating the finances of GluwdeGamer. It is responsible for regulating GluwdeGamer's finances and oversee the costs made by GluwdeGamer's Teams, Management, Committees or its Projects. The Team is mostly inactive due to no involved finances in GluwdeGamer. The Finance Team is headed by Managing Director & Team President Rose Kates.
The Research & Development Team
The Research & Development is responsible for administrating the development of GluwdeGamer and researching to develop new & innovative solutions. It is responsible for developing assets such as brand art, websites and other assets of GluwdeGamer and research on new solutions for Projects and/or for GluwdeGamer. Currently the R&D Team is directly under the Managing Director.
The Events Team
The Events Team is responsible for administrating events & their occurrence within GluwdeGamer. It is responsible for planning events, conducting events, and coordinating the events with and between the participating Projects. It is responsible for overseeing "collaboration" events as well. The Relations Team is headed by Team President Adam Jensins Kade.
The Relations Team
The Relations Team is responsible for administrating public & private relations with GG members, audiences, and others. It is responsible for regulation GluwdeGamer's relations with the public, i.e. the community, the channels, etc., such as collaborations with other channels, and with the members of GluwdeGamer. The Team has Regional Officers responsible for regulating & representing Management's views to the members and the public of the respective region. Currently the Relations Team is directly under the Managing Director.
The Reforms Committee
The Reforms Committee is a Temporary Committee formed by the Management in April in response to compromise of the security of Project LazurMC. The Committee is responsible for regulating affairs of and securing vulnerable channels, which are YXClassic and YXClandestine. The Reforms Committee is headed by Committee Lead Adam Jensins Kade.
A Note About the Relations Team
The Relations Team consists of "Officers" and a few general members. These Officers are responsible for regulation public and members' relations of their assigned region. As of now, only one Officer has been appointed for the Middle East and North Africa Region (MENA Region). Adam Jensins Kade is the MENA Region Relations Officer.

Questy is a leading graphic designer, who is a member of the Research and Development Team, and a Moderator, who is a member of the Safety and Security Team. He is currently overseeing various Projects' rebranding schemes and is soon going to work on with Halloween-themed brand art.
